To all of our valued partners and clients, we wanted to relay that our thoughts are with you and your family as well as everyone affected by the global outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).
We continue to monitor the situation and listen to reports from the CDC. Being prepared is the most critical thing we can do right now, so out of an abundance of caution, here are the steps PWSC is taking to ensure we prevent exposure, support health officials, and continue business operations to the best of our ability.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS CHANGES TO-DATE
- PWSC will maintain normal office hours moving forward. However, we are moving to a “skeleton” crew in the office of essential personnel with most of our team working from home.
- International and domestic air travel has been postponed, minimizing the risk of exposure.
- Our team has rescheduled all in-office visits for the next 30 days.
- Any risk management activity requiring in-person engagement, such as mediation and arbitration, may have to be postponed. We will continue to work with our partners to ensure communication with you and that these services are provided as expediently as possible, considering the evolving situation. We have your safety in mind.
We are here to ensure your risk management needs are met, and we strive to do so with integrity, innovation, and customer-service.
