HomePRO is available for homes of all ages! While we never charge extra for older homes, there is a discount for brand new homes. All of the same great coverage and benefits still apply, just with a few small changes and a lower price!

Aside from this exception for new construction, you won’t see the usual long, confusing list of warranty options from HomePRO. Our experts have already packaged the best possible value-for-money coverage based on common home repairs.

Coverage Start Date	Your new home came with some manufacturers’ warranties that will cover key appliances and system components in the first year. HomePRO picks up where those warranties leave off, beginning full coverage in year two and providing the extra benefits, like surge protection, from day one.	Coverage begins 30 days after you purchase your first term of HomePRO. There are no wait periods after the initial purchase, so your coverage will run continuously with future renewals.
Automatic renewal	Because the new home plan is only available during the first year after your home is built, your plan will not be automatically renewed. However, you can continue coverage with HomePRO’s standard terms by contacting PWSC or signing up here.	To ensure you don’t have any gaps in coverage, your HomePRO plan will automatically renew each year unless you choose to unsubscribe. Don’t worry! We make this process easy! And, while we’re here to help, you won’t have to call to make the change.

To ensure continuous coverage with no gaps in your HomePRO warranty, this plan will automatically renew. That means, at the end of your policy term, a new term will begin and payment will automatically be processed, unless you cancel your plan.

If you select the annual plan, you will receive a policy that shows one year of coverage. On the expiration date shown on your policy, your payment method will be charged for another year of coverage. If pricing changes before the automatic renewal, you will be notified of that change. You can also cancel your plan or update payment information anytime using the information you receive via email from Stripe after purchase.

If you select the monthly plan, you will receive a policy that also shows one year of coverage. However, your payments will be processed each month, with the first payment coming out today. At the end of the one-year term, coverage for another year will begin, with payments continuing monthly. If pricing changes before the new coverage term begins, you will be notified of that change. You can also cancel your plan or update payment information anytime using the information you receive via email from Stripe after purchase.

Whether you select an annual or monthly payment plan, you do not have to wait until renewal to cancel. You may cancel at any time during the policy period for a pro-rated refund based on the amount previously paid, the remaining coverage time, and claims that have been paid on your behalf.
